Quick answers
Music won’t play
Check that Meusic has Media & Apple Music permission in iPhone Settings. Open Apple Music to confirm your account can play the song, check your connection, and try again. Some tracks are unavailable in certain regions or require a subscription.
My feed or messages aren’t updating
Posts use iCloud and CloudKit; direct messages use the separate Meusic companion service. Check your connection and iCloud sign-in for the feed. For messaging-service errors, see the maintained app support guide. Do not send private message contents or sign-in codes.
Lyrics are missing
Not every track has lyrics or synchronized timing. Meusic requests lyrics from LRCLIB using track information. Try another track or try again later; lyrics and timing can be incomplete.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation. See the maintained app account-deletion guide for scope and an email alternative.
How do I report or block someone?
Use the report option on supported content or a profile, and use the profile’s block control where available. You can also send a safety report below. Please identify the relevant account or content without sending unnecessary private messages.
Is Meusic available to download?
The app is in development. This website will link to an official download when one is available. There is no waitlist or purchase form on this website.
