1. About these terms

These Terms of Service are between you and Eateri, Inc., a United States company (“Meusic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover meusic.co and the Meusic app. The app is currently in development; public app registration is not offered through this website.

Use the website lawfully. App use is subject to the terms presented when you obtain or access the app. If you do not agree to applicable terms, do not use the relevant service. The Privacy Policy describes information handling.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Meusic requires users to be at least 13 and to meet any higher local age requirement. If you are not old enough to agree independently, a parent or guardian must provide any legally required permission. Provide accurate account information and keep your Meusic sign-in credentials and devices secure. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s account without authorization.

3. Apple Music and third-party content

Music features depend on Apple Music authorization, account eligibility, subscriptions where required, internet access, territory, and catalog availability. Apple’s terms apply to Apple services. Meusic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Music, artwork, lyrics, trademarks, and metadata belong to their respective owners. Access through Meusic does not give you ownership or a right to copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit that content beyond applicable permissions and law. Lyrics and timing may be unavailable or inaccurate.

4. Your content

You retain rights in the original content you create. You must have permission to share it. When you choose a Meusic feature, you give Meusic a non-exclusive permission to store, process, and display your content to the audience needed to provide that feature. This does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated commercial use of your content.

Deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Other users may retain copies they made independently.

5. Respect the community

Do not use Meusic for harassment, threats, exploitation, hate, impersonation, spam, fraud, infringement, or other unlawful activity. Do not expose someone else’s private information, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Follow the Community Guidelines.

Use in-app reporting or contact support to identify a concern. Content or accounts may be restricted for violations, safety, or legal reasons. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact support with the account and relevant context. No particular moderation outcome or response time is guaranteed.

6. Development and availability

Meusic is in development. Features, compatibility, and availability can change. Beta experiences may contain bugs or lose data, and are not a promise of final functionality. Simulator screenshots show development screens; fictional sample content and concept artwork are labeled. There is no public release date or download offer unless an official link is provided.

The current website does not sell subscriptions, process payments, or enroll you in a waitlist. Any future purchase would require separately disclosed pricing and applicable purchase terms.

7. Ending use

You may stop using the website at any time. App users can request account deletion from Profile → Settings → Delete Account or contact support if they cannot access that control. Deleting a Meusic account does not delete an Apple account, cancel an Apple Music subscription, or remove music from an Apple Music library.

8. Service limitations and your rights

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law permits, no guarantee is made that it will always be available, accurate, or error-free. Meusic is not responsible for third-party service availability or independent user content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meusic excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory guarantees. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a specific court or governing law.

9. Changes and contact

Changes will be identified by the updated date, with additional notice where required. Contact support@eateri.co about these terms, accessibility, or disputes. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law.
